Pregnancy Yoga

Dear Nicola,
I just want to say Thank you so much for the 6 week pregnancy yoga course. I felt the classes helped me focus on my pregnancy as my life is always so busy so it was great to really connect with my baby. I feel I have got my breathing under control and I feel a lot more relaxed when I think about labour. Nicola is a great teacher who made me feel very welcome and I always looked forward to the class.

I started pregnacy yoga at 29 weeks. The course taught me to relax and concentrate on my breathing. Nicola is very experienced and teaches moves for the stages of pregnacy. Im looking forward to attending postnatal classes! Angela.

Thai Yoga Therapy

Hot Stones Therapy

Very relaxing and enjoyable. The pressure from the stones is firm but gently. The heat from the stones helped to relax me and release tension from my shoulders. Dan
