Postnatal Mum & Baby group classes are returning to The Chiltern Lifestyle Centre on Friday's 10-11am. Bookable via the Everyone Active app under activities.
Mum and baby yoga is very light exercise suitable from after your 6/8 week check. The classes include breathing exercises/relaxation, pelvic floor exercises, light stretches for mum, baby massage and bonding time for mum and baby. It is a very gentle form of yoga. The classes are designed for both mum and baby to participate in together. You can participate in the classes for a long as you and baby are willing (approximately 9 months / toddling) however I have had babies up to 13months come along very happily.
Private 1-1 and small group classes can be organised at a day and time to suit you. Rates start from £40 per hour.
