About my treatments / therapies:

Thai Yoga Therapy deepens the connection between body, mind and spirit. A relaxing full body massage which consists of massage, acupressure, yoga asana (stretches) using relaxation and meditation techniques. It works through the whole body connecting with all the main pressure points and sen lines (meridians). It can be more beneficial than generic massages especially when used over time. Thai Yoga Therapy releases stress, tension, pain and soreness. This massage increases flexibility, suppleness, vital energy, blood and lymph flow. It brings the whole body back into alignment and balance. A great alternative to physio therapy, osteopath and chiropractor.

Hot Stones combines the benefits of hydrotherapy and thermalism with strokes of massage using stone to create a deep, relaxing and healing treatment.

Thai Foot Massage (Thai Reflexology). Thai medicine energy lines known as Sen run through the body, with specific points ending at the feet. Sen lines are similar to the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine which carry the Qi (energy). The obstruction of energy flow is thought to be the cause of discomfort and illness within the body. Using reflex massage techniques, stretching and a stick to stimulate the reflex points. Thai foot massage helps to stimulate and open the Qi channels, leaving the client feeling relaxed, balanced and invigorate.

Threading is an ancient method of hair removal originating in the Eastern world. In more recent times it has gained popularity in Western countries. Practitioners use a pure, thin, twisted cotton thread which is rolled over untidy hairlinesmoustaches and other areas of unwanted hair, plucking the hair at the follicle level. Unlike tweezing, where single hairs are pulled out one at a time, threading can remove an entire row of hair, resulting in a straighter line. As a larger area of hair is removed at once.
